The 2021 Bourgogne Rouge Bon Baton has more cohesion on the nose than Rion's regular regional rouge: crushed strawberry and cranberry mixed with cassis unfolding. The palate is medium-bodied with edgy tannins, very citrus in style, pointed and showing some graphite notes on the finish. Enjoy over the next 6-8 years.
