The 2021 Pouilly-Vinzelles Climat Les Quarts Cuvée Millerandée was cropped at around 30hL/ha, much lower than the regular cuvée due to the shorter bunches and smaller berries. It has an almost clinically intense bouquet with petrichor and granitic scents, almost Zen-like. The palate is very well balanced with plenty of energy and particularly superb salinity on the finish. Excellent.
