The 2021 Saint-Aubin Derrière La Tour 1er Cru (Rouge) has a pretty red cherry, cranberry and stoney bouquet, well defined and "transparent". The palate is well balanced with fine definition, taut and crisp with a touch of sour cherry and graphite on the finish.
