There is a lot to like in Moët's 1993 Brut Grand Vintage Collection. Pastry, apricots, butter, yellow peaches, spices and smoke literally burst from the glass as this exuberant Champagne shows off its considerable charms. Rich, round and textured, the 1993 is also beautifully focused and bright throughout.
