(made with 15 percent whole clusters) Bright purple. Powerful dark berry and licorice aromas, along with floral and smoky mineral flourishes. Broad and seamless on the palate, offering sweet cassis and blueberry flavors that tighten up slowly on the back half. Smoothly plays richness off energy and finishes very long and sappy, with mounting tannins and a touch of smokiness.
