This is full-bodied with a lovely balance of chocolate and berry character and a very silky tannins. It’s rich and classy. Made from carignano, cannonau and bovale. One of the great wines from Sardinia and this could be the best in its 20th year of production. Try it in 2016 when the tannins are a little softer but so wonderful to drink now.
