The grapes come from a special growing site with compact galestro soils. These conditions aid in the richness and the concentration of the wine, with its distinctive hints of iron ore, pencil shaving and rust. Those precise aromas frame a deep, dark core of cherry or blackberry confit. This vintage shows some extra fattiness or fruit weight that adds to its power and overall impact.
