Called "salt of the earth" because it comes from the same coastal, sand and limestone vineyard as Eben Sadie's Skerpioen, this is arguably the southern hemisphere's greatest Palomino. Light and pithy, with sea salt and citrus flavours, wonderful purity and tension and a long, tapering finish. (Tim Atkin MW)
