The palate is very well balanced with a killer line of acidity matched with a judicious, quite discreet touch of sour lemon. It gently fans out toward the finish, completing an exquisite single-parcel Sauvignon Blanc.

Fresh, zesty and citrus-laden on the nose, the 2020 Sauvignon Blanc Block 382 offers a broader expression than the previous vintage. Notes of sweet citrus, dandelion flower and lime zest float out of the glass with notions of citrus blossom and dusty almonds. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is delicate with a slight prickle of mineral tension before showcasing hints of candied lime, green herbs and bell pepper over the lingering finish.
