The very young sample of 2023 Finca Dofí was surprisingly floral and perfumed; it's very elegant, and the tannins are incredibly fine-grained. It's nicely textured, with a fine thread of acidity. This is paler; Palacios said it was more diluted than other years, but to me, it's more elegant. In the last few years, Dofí has gained a lot in drinkability and elegance, and it's a great success in many markets. It should be bottled in May 2025.
