On the nose you are transported immediately to the great Hermitages and Chateauneuf Blancs, with stone fruits, freshly dried hay, roasted nuts, mango and jasmine; it’s an astonishingly vibrant, complex and enticing nose. The palate is rich and sultry, with great purpose and energy but broad, mouth-coating fruit. As the fruit fades the intense stone and chalk characters take over, driving the wine through its long, powerful finish.
