85-87 NM

After being wiped out by frost last year, the 2022 La Croix du Casse has a straightforward, fresh prune and black cherry scented bouquet, perhaps just missing a bit of complexity. The palate is sweet on the entry with black cherries tinged with marmalade, a little saccharine toward the finish, playful but more of a short-term Pomerol.
