A tumble of nuts and leaves and spices and tamari. A mesh of forest-floor tannins through which the fruit is just glimmers of (bright) red in the spaces. Great energy. Really lovely transmission of fruit on the end, even though I first thought that the forest was going to get the better of the wine. Tamlyn Currin.
