Amazing, developed nose of smoky, molten brown sugar, rich, rum-soaked raisins and milk chocolate. The palate is fine boned and delicate but with a concentration and intensity of flavour that seems incongruous given the lightness of touch. Sweetly raisined but balanced with surprisingly bright red and black fruit characters, Demerara sugar and a savoury, smoked meat note; however it is the finish that really takes the breath away. A truly wonderful Port to enjoy now.

Very elegant, with notes of tobacco and cedar to the lush butter cream, ripe pear and dried apricot flavors. Seductive tropical fruit and spice notes linger on the endless finish, revealing citrusy hints. Drink now.
