This vintage has expansive layered aromas featuring floral notes and herbs like sage and mint, while flavours turn toward the more savoury, olivey, dark earth and tobacco side. Though the wine isn't dense or especially concentrated, it has a lovely supple, smooth texture. It’s lighter in character, fresher and lower in alcohol than 2015.
