Tasting Notes and Scores
Sourced from polygons across the valley producing more open and juicy fruit. To call this "village" level would be a disservice, it is more akin to a blend of Premier Crus. Bright, smoky and spicy, this is wonderfully inviting! Notes of green tea, lingonberry, and black pepper with a wet stone minerality. Quite a plush texture, driven forward by vibrant freshness that gives the palate a sense of electricity. There's an earthy, savoury undertone like shiitake mushrooms and the fine-grained tannins are powdery and chalky. This is a beautiful, elegant wine.
