Tasting Notes and Scores
Bright light yellow. Very ripe nectarine and nutmeg aromas, along with a suggestion of candied fruits. Tactile and solid on the palate, with its chewiness leavened by harmonious acidity. A seriously rich village wine in the making.

Vinous
The 2015 Meursault Village has a lively, mint-tinged bouquet with just a touch of anise coming through as it opens in the glass. The palate is generous on the entry with citrus lemon, dried pineapple and a touch of honeycomb, gently unfolding in the glass with a persistent finish. Enjoy this over the next 6-10 years.

Cask sample. Jeunes vignes. Shared Clos de la Baronne with Roulot but vinified separately. One third in tank. Lively and no shortage of acidity. Very bright. Just a little short. (JR)
