The 2014 The Trouble With Dreams has a 6g/L dosage and was bottled in January 2020. Fresh lemon zest, honeysuckle and sea spray notes furnish the nose, which shows impressive intensity and plenty of flinty/crustacean scents. The fresh, taut palate is quite marine-influenced and saline, particularly on the penetrating finish, which just calls out for a plate of fruits de mer. Excellent.
